SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Product is shipped using Priority Mail through USPS for smaller, fragile packages.  Shipping costs are not included in listed prices, but are added at the end on the order form.  Missouri residents will be charged state sales tax.  You will be notified immediately of any 'out of stock' product. 
DAMAGED POLICY
All shipments must be opened and inspected upon delivery.  We are not responsible for damages reported 15 days or more after the ship date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.  Refusal of an order upon receipt does not constitute a return.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Returns for any reason, need to be sent back within 15 days of receipt.  Be sure to notify us by email or phone to request a refund or return authorization.  No refunds or returns will be authorized after 15 days of shipping of the product.  Any non-defective merchandise return will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
